Lesson Learnt
One day, a dog was wandering around looking for food. He found a butcher’s shop. He went in and came out with a nice, fat bone in his mouth. He quickly wanted to go home and enjoy the meat in peace. On his way home, there was a footbridge across the river. While crossing the bridge, he happened to look down and saw his reflection in the water. Thinking that this was another dog, with another piece of meat, he decided to scare the other dog and have both pieces of meat.
He barked at his reflection in the water But as he opened his mouth the piece of meat fell out, dropped into the water and was never seen again. He realized that he would be better off not being so greedy in future.
